About the Food

If you think a whitewater rafting trip involves hot dogs and hamburgers we are sorry you won't find any on our trips. We have delicious Dutch oven dishes, fresh baked bread, and fresh vegetables. Meal times are a veritable smorgasbord of river delicacies. We change sometime change our menu annually last year's last night was prime rib and crab. You think we can top it this year? Our guests liked our cooking so much that we even wrote a cook book "Recipes Stolen by Mike, Dave and the Duck".
