Family Rafting
Have your family join ours on Idaho's Middle Fork and Main Salmon River. The Middle Fork and the Main Salmon Rivers are two of the greatest family experiences and white water river trips in North America. The Main Salmon River and Middle Fork of the Salmon both offer a unique experience for all ages. With a little less white water, warmer water, and large sandy beaches the Main Salmon River is great fun for all ages. The Main Salmon River is ideal for younger children. The Middle Fork of the Salmon has a little more white water and great fishing and fantastic hiking and explorations for your older children. For a full family experience we are sure you will enjoy either or both the Middle Fork and Main Salmon Rivers. Seniors Only and Intergenerational
"Seniors Only" (50+) lodge stays Warren River Expeditions offers several exciting specialty trips. On April 11th, April 18th, April 25th, May 15th, August 15th, August 23rd, August 31st and September 8th we have "Seniors Only" (50+) lodge stay trips. The Lodge Stay trips enable you to enjoy the Salmon River, the excitement of a river trip, and the scenic wonder of the canyon, and still have a few amenities of home. We limit these unique trips at 12 guests, so make your reservations early. Most Dates start filling up by mid March.
On July 30th and August 7th we have a "Grand-parents/Grandkids" Lodge Stay trip. By staying in lodges we have the comforts of home but still have all the fun that a river trip offers. We have found that these trips are a great way for grandparents to spend time with their grandkids. We close this trip at 12 guest as well, so please call early.
As the interest for the "Seniors Only" and intergenerational trips grow we will be opening additional dates for these trips. If none of the scheduled dates fit into your schedule please call, we may have one that might.
Lodge Trips
If you have ever wanted to experience a white water vacation and raft trip but did not like the idea of camping we have the perfect trip for you. Several times a year we have special trips where we spend each night in a different back country lodge along the rivers edge. This is the ultimate in whitewater luxury. White sheets and whitewater is a very unique trip. Being able to see and experience the thrill of a white water rafting trip and the beauty of the Frank Church River of No Return Wilderness and not have to sleep on the ground is an unequaled vacation you will never forget.
Kayaking Workshops
Our kayak workshops range from advanced beginning to ACA instructor trainer workshops. If you want to work on your big water, 30,000 to 60,000 cfs, boating skills we have some advanced workshops going out in June. If you are just learning or wanting to learn we have beginner workshops on August 7th and August 15th trips.
All of our kayak schools and kayak support trips are run in conjunction with our regular raft trips. This makes the trip ideal for people that want to spend some time kayaking and still spend time with their non-kayaking family and friends.
