Seniors Only and Intergenerational Trips
"Seniors Only" (50+) lodge stays Warren River Expeditions offers several exciting specialty trips. On April 11th, April 18th, April 25th, May 15th, August 15th, August 23rd, August 31st and September 8th we have "Seniors Only" (50+) lodge stay trips. The Lodge Stay trips enable you to enjoy the Salmon River, the excitement of a river trip, and the scenic wonder of the canyon, and still have a few amenities of home. We limit these unique trips at 12 guests, so make your reservations early. Most Dates start filling up by mid March.
On July 30th and August 7th we have a "Grand-parents/Grandkids" Lodge Stay trip. By staying in lodges we have the comforts of home but still have all the fun that a river trip offers. We have found that these trips are a great way for grandparents to spend time with their grandkids. We close this trip at 12 guest as well, so please call early.
As the interest for the "Seniors Only" and intergenerational trips grow we will be opening additional dates for these trips. If none of the scheduled dates fit into your schedule please call, we may have one that might.

For a complete list of dates and pricing please go to "Dates and Pricing" page. Depending on the time of the year, the weather conditions and temperatures in Idaho and on the river will vary. You will find spring and fall temperatures in the 60—75 degree range. The summer temperatures range from 75 to the low 100’s. Water temperatures range from the 50’s in the spring and fall to the low 70s in the middle of the summer. The water and air temperatures are generally 5—10 degrees cooler on the Middle Fork, than the Main Salmon. Click here for the Current Main Salmon weather and the Current Middle Fork weather.
